Description
Join us for a beautiful slow movement to work our joints and bones. This class will be lead with multiple props including yoga bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Yogis are welcome to come in pajamas to "yin out." Total meditative, relaxing class. This class we get comfortable with our props and hold poses for 2-8 minutes each. This allows time for our joints and connective tissues to work into the pose. Benefits of Yin Yoga include increased circulation and improved flexibility, fascial release, improved joint mobility and injury recovery, and reduced stress and anxiety.
