Description

Join us for Senior Yoga and Fitness class. This class will begin with yoga warm up, to warm up the body to prevent injuries. Followed by weight lifting and/resistance band training, ending with stretching and final relaxation. There are options to use light weights and resistance bands in class, this is not a requirement. All levels are welcome and a great class for seniors to begin their own yoga journey. We will work on join mobility and stability, along with stretching, strengthening and balance.
