If you're new to the practice of yoga or want to work on alignment for some base poses, this class is for you.
In this class, you will work on: an introduction to basic yoga seated and standing pose; how to best utilize yoga props including blocks, straps, blankets, and the wall; breathing techniques to support moving in and out of yoga poses. You will also work on becoming embodied and learning your own yoga rhythm by listening to your body.
