Description
Suitable for beginners to intermediate Yogi’s.
Using traditional breathing techniques, meditation and movement, Hatha is a full body feel good class. We work with each pose mindfully, holding for up to 5 breaths, allowing the body time to settle and explore.
All props are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
