Experience true peace at our 3-hour Day Retreat on a property with endless gardens. Join Lindsay Broders with Deep Energy Release Yoga and Reflexology on the deck, beautiful meditations by the pond, and Energy and Sound Healing sessions with Energy Healer, Christina Kelly. Optional to stay after and enjoy the pool. Fresh pressed juice and healthy snacks provided.
