90 minute Deep Release Workshop. Yin is a practice that forces you to slow down, surrender, and really find and release the main sources of tension in your body. A lot of yoga props like blocks, straps, and bolsters are used for this type of class. Very beginner friendly. Essential oils will also be present to aid in tension release.

The yin practice can help the body restore range of motion, revitalizes the tissues of the body, and can help us tap into the parasympathetic nervous system which can help you become more resilient to stress.
