Yin Yoga consists of long held poses on the floor helping to improve body alignment and flexibility.
Myofascial release yoga is a therapeutic yoga practice that uses props like foam rollers, blocks, and therapy balls to apply gentle pressure to the body's connective tissue, known as fascia. The goal is to release tension, improve mobility, reduce chronic pain, and increase blood flow by hydrating and rehydrating the fascia.
