Yoga with Parrots in the Outdoor Aviary at Iowa Parrot Rescue in Letts, IA. Join Lindsay Broders, owner of Energy 108 YOGA and newest IPR Board Member, and some of our social birds in an outdoor yoga class that will focus on finding the calm in the chaos. Proceeds of the event will be donated to the Rescue for bird feeding and enrichment. Beginner friendly, no yoga experience required. For safety purposes, no children under 10 years old. $20/ticket. Yoga is 1 hour and you may stay after and tour our facility, meet all the birdies, and learn about our mission to help all birds in need. Limited spots available, must sign up online.
