Teacher: Lindsay Broders
This is a vinyasa-style flowing class in a room heated to 95 degrees with infrared heaters (dry heat, more health benefits). Find your strengths/weaknesses and how you manage stress without any judgements or expectations. Ways to modify and intensify are provided making this a beginner friendly class but it will test and challenge you if you allow it.
