Description

Pilates yoga balance is great for beginners and advanced wanting a more relaxed practise. This class covers Pilates and yoga postures and movements and focuses strengthening the mind-body connection. The postures include stretching tight muscles, strengthening the core, meditation and deep breathing.

Please note: For Allora classes to go ahead we need a minimum of 9 students booked.
