As we go into the New Year we should go gently, nurturing our body and soul. The Winter season is a time for peaceful reflection. In the cold and the dark it is a time to restore your internal battery. The focus in Winter is to bring our water element into balance exploring movements that nourish our Kidney and Bladder organs and meridians.

An hour long practice on Zoom exploring the Winter season: After a warm-up we will be using stand-alone winter forms and learning the Wudang Turtle, a simple yet highly effective set of movements designed to nurture and nourish your 'Jing' - life force energy.
