Description
As we go into the New Year we should go gently, nurturing our body and soul. The Winter season is a time for peaceful reflection. In the cold and the dark it is a time to restore your internal battery. The focus in Winter is to bring our water element into balance exploring postures that nourish our Kidney and Bladder organs and meridians.
An hour long practice on Zoom exploring the Winter season: you will need a blanket, a bolster, something you can use as a strap and a yoga block or two to help support yourself in these nourishing poses.
