We move into maximum Yang time of year with a focus on the Primary Fire element: the heart and small intestine supported by the minor fire elements of the pericardium and triple heater.

It's the time of maximum energy in nature. Just take look at the hedgerows bursting with colour, bloom and leaf. A time to enjoy nature, be outside as much as possible, laugh, have fun and socialise building memories and growing ourselves to be the best version we can full of unconditional love, compassion, gratitude and JOY!
