Day 4 - Winter Flow & Intro to Meditation

In this session we start with a gentle yoga flow bring movement to the spine and hips and then we move on to Mediation Introduction to Meditation. In this session we will use the Buddhist Count of 1 - 7 then 1 - 14, to help focus the mind.
