This is an online class (organised via Zoom). 20-30 minutes before the class you will receive an automated e-mail with the access link.
MOVE class:
• Energising hatha yoga flow, a combination of physical postures (asanas, breathing and meditation)
• Strengthen your back to improve your posture and make your hips more flexible
• Maybe sweat a little and boost your energy for the rest of your day
What do you need?
Wear comfy clothes, prepare a yoga mat, a yoga block (or a thick book), a blanket for relaxation in the end.
