Debbie incorporates Sun Salutations in classes. She introduced us to Moon Salutations last week. Warm up with Lisa. Then, engage in 1/4, 1/2, A, and B Sun Salutations for strength and energy. Shift to the calming energy of Moon Salutations to lengthen, align, and stretch. Add in blocks and a chair for additional variations and challenges.
