Explore a variety of yoga poses and physical therapy exercises as you play with small hoops. Step in and around hoops using stepping strategy for greater balance. Minimize fall risk and improve leg strength. Use a chair in seated poses for greater stability. Use a chair in standing exercises if you want for greater balance.
