Description

Incorporate blocks into your yoga practice for greater leg strength. Use small hoops in seated poses to improve range of motion in the back and shoulders. Then, invite greater balance as you incorporate physical therapy's stepping strategy. Step over, through, and around blocks and different sized hoops for improved balance and play. Use a chair in seated poses for greater stability. Use a chair if you want in standing poses and exercises for better balance.
