Description
Use small balls (weighted or not) as you engage in seated yoga poses. Then, invite physical therapy's stepping strategy and cognitive exercises to move balls and hoops for greater awareness, balance, and coordination. Use a chair in seated poses and optionally in standing poses for greater stability, balance, and play.
