Description
Each person will get two seated yoga poses and two standing poses. They get to choose which ones we engage in. Invite greater balance and stability as you choose to use a chair (or not) in seated and standing poses. Move slowly in and our of poses with your intentional breath. Increase balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
