Description
Each person will get two seated yoga poses and two standing poses from a selection of poses. They get to choose which ones we engage in. Invite greater balance and stability as you choose to use a chair (or not) in seated and standing poses. Move slowly in and our of poses with your intentional breath. Increase balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
