Adding a chair to your Slow Flow Yoga is not an accommodation or makes it a simple practice. We are going to take more challenging poses with a chair to make them more intense and even engage in Sun Salutations 1/4, 1/2, A, & B using a chair. Build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence in standing, prone, standing, and reclined poses.
