Each person will get two seated yoga poses and two reclined poses from a selection of poses. They get to choose which ones we engage in. Settle into held poses that are well-supported by props. Target the deep connective tissues of the spine, hips, and knees for improved blood circulation and joint mobility. Embrace peace, quiet, and mindfulness in this gentle practice.
