Control the breath in this Pranayama Meditation class. Experience 4 Part Breathing for greater calm and relaxation. Inhale, hold the breath, exhale, hold the breath. Then, shift into a space of meditation to feel the effects of your breathwork. This practice can be done seated on a blanket or a chair- your choice!
