Engage in the energizing breath, Kapalabhati, Breath of Fire. Invite energy, focus, and awakening of the mind. Strengthen the transverse abs and back muscles. Then, shift into a space of meditation to feel the effects of your breathwork. This practice can be done seated on a blanket or a chair- your choice!
