Description

Engage in Deep Belly Breathing, Adham Pranayama or Diaphragmatic Breathing. This breath centers the body, reduces stress, helps those with GI issues, and relaxes the body and mind. Then, shift into a space of meditation to feel the effects of your breathwork. This practice can be done lying down or seated in a chair.
