Description
Engage in the energetic Merudand Prana Kriya Breath. Increase range of motion in the shoulders as you strengthen the back in Cow-Cat movements with Kundalini Yoga's Breath of Fire. This breathwork can be sitting on a blanket or chair, depending on your desired preference. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork.
