Engage in the balancing active and calming energy of Vatskar Breath to increase the lung capacity. Take little sips as you inhale, and slowly exhale. This breathwork can be sitting on a blanket or chair, depending on your desired preference. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork.
