Engage in the active Chandra Kriya. Move your left arm up and down as you valve off your right nostril when breathing. Breathe through the left nostril to activate Ida Nadi, lunar energy while strengthening the shoulders. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork. This breathwork can be sitting on a blanket or chair.
