Engage in the active Chandra Kriya. Move your left arm up and down as you valve off your right nostril when breathing. Breathe through the left nostril left nostril to activate Ida Nadi, lunar energy while strengthening the shoulders. This breathwork can be sitting on a blanket or chair, depending on your desired preference. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork.
