Description
Engage in the relaxing and calming Coherent or Resonant Breathing. Slow down the inhale and exhale to 5-6 seconds each so you are taking around 5-6 breaths per minute. This breathwork can be done lying down or sitting on a blanket or chair, depending on your desired preference. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork.
