Elisha is a Yoga Therapist and the founder of Grow Yoga. She specialises in supporting women with stress, anxiety and overwhelm through therapeutic group spaces and one-to-one work. Her approach weaves together Yoga Therapy, rest, cyclical wisdom and nature-based practices, creating spaces that centre rest, nervous system support and community. Elisha’s work is deeply influenced by her training, her own lived experience, and her passion for creating familiar, relational spaces where women feel safe enough to soften and explore their inner worlds.

Open your eyes to some mindful movement, in our morning Yoga class. We will use refreshing movement and mindfulness of the body to set our day up with focus, purpose and clarity.
