Let's make a day out of it gals. This event is for any person identifying as a woman, who is keen to centre a day around rest & connection with other women in the group.

This event will include gentle Yoga, restorative Yoga, relaxation, meditation, a philosophy class / discussion, free time & a shared lunch.
