Description

Yin Yoga is a stilling practice involving deep stretch & long holds, if 'Yang' is movement, then 'Yin' is stillness. This class will be a blend of Yin & Yang style practice, where we will notice the balance & relationship between the two energies.

The theme in February was Yin & Meditation, to honour the stillness of Winter. This class will continue to move with the seasons, and reflect the gentle movement into Spring.

This class is a seasonal treat, perfect for all those wanting to honour the timing of the seasons. It can be tempting to jump right into activity as the season changes, but here we will practice the art of moving gently into brighter days.

This class is absolutely fine for beginners & is designed to be an accessible introduction.
