Description
A therapeutic yoga practice guided by the rhythms of this land.
At Grow, we practise in relationship with the seasonal changes here in England - each session responds to where we are in the seasonal cycle.
Sessions weave together steady yoga movement with yin and restorative elements, alongside meditation and gentle acupressure informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine. These additional strands help to support seasonal transitions within the body - encouraging balance, grounding and ease.
Some shapes are active and breath-led; others are floor-based and held softly, allowing time for the nervous system to settle.
Rather than moving towards aesthetic shapes or intensity, we practise in a way that supports regulation and cultivates restoration.
You’ll be invited to:
• Move in rhythm with your breath
• Experience moments of meditation and stillness
• Explore simple acupressure points to support seasonal balance
• Honour your current energy
• Develop a more cyclical relationship with your body
This is not about pushing through the season.
It is about practising in right relationship - with your body, with the land beneath you, and with the wider cycles we are part of.
Suitable for all levels of experience.
