Description
With Mary, our Yin Yoga teacher.
A Yin yoga practice guided by the rhythms of this land.
These sessions respond to the seasonal changes here in England — the shifting light, the movement from winter into spring, and the subtle transitions we feel within our own bodies.
Rooted in Yin Yoga, grounding movement and meditation, each class weaves together practices to support your body in a way that is connected with the season outside. Practices are designed to support regulation, blood flow & energy.
You can expect:
• Meditation
• Gentle floor-based practice
• Longer hold stretches
• Space to pause and notice
• Nervous system support woven throughout
This is not about aesthetic shapes or pushing further. It is about practising in a way that feels steady, safe and responsive to your energy.
Particularly supportive for those navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, hormonal shifts, life transitions or anyone wishing to cultivate a more cyclical relationship with their body.
Suitable for all levels. No prior experience needed.
