What is a closed group?

Closed groups are what makes Grow unique. Our ethos is rooted in munity and yoga in its essence as a spiritual practice. In a weekly you to delve deeper into yogic concepteme over four weeks. This allows you to get to know the group, and build a connection with your teacher. This enables the teachings to transmit more effectively.
The fee is £64 per four week phase. You are not required to attend every session but we cannot refund any missed sessions in a closed group.
