Description

A retreat day, mid-working week.. what in the anti-hustle culture is this?!

I am a HUGE advocate for taking the time to relish in creativity and spaciousness, and I believe this should not just be saved for weekends or ‘when we have time’.

Creativity is part of our nature, and as self-employed people it’s helpful for that creativity to flow. Abundantly.

Rather than a day of outwardly creating, think of this more as a day to create the conditions and space within your body, to connect with your creative essence.

I have chosen the radical act of hosting this retreat mid day, mid-week, to disturb your normal routine and help you find new ways of moving through this self-employed landscape. Yes, creativity is art in many forms but it’s also the ability to think outside the box and invent new solutions. These are essential skills in the self employed paradigm.

Join me and let’s pour energy into ourselves and our community whilst nourishing our creative spirit.

This mini retreat day will use a combination of spiritual practices to help you create a deeper connection with your body, and tap into your imagination and creative flow.

Who can join?

Those who are fully self employed, part time self employed, freelancers or those considering making the transition to self employed.

women & non binary people with a female hormonal cycle. due to the nature of the cyclical living education, there will be references to hormones and reflections on how we can work with our bodies rather than against them.

the timings are 9.30-14.30 to support the parents who may need to work around school drop off
