This small, closed-group class is designed for those who need a gentler yoga practice due to pain, fatigue, or other health-related needs. With only four participants, the group offers a spacious, supportive and personal experience.
A closed group means the same members attend for at least four weeks, helping create consistency in the teachings and a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Please note that, due to the nature of the closed group, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions.
The class is led by Katie Sayles, a Yoga Teacher, Somatic Coach and Registered Mental Health Nurse. Katie has extensive experience offering one-to-one therapeutic support for people with pain, fatigue and other health needs, and is passionate about creating a nurturing community space.
