Description

with Elisha — Yoga Therapist

A therapeutic yoga practice guided by the rhythms of this land.

These sessions respond to the seasonal changes here in England — the shifting light, the movement from winter into spring, and the subtle transitions we feel within our own bodies.

Rooted in yoga therapy, grounding yoga and meditation, each class weaves together steady movement with yin and restorative elements. Practices are shaped by the season and designed to support regulation rather than intensity.

You can expect:

• Breath-led movement
• Gentle floor-based work at times
• Seasonal reflection
• Space to pause and notice
• Nervous system support woven throughout

This is not about aesthetic shapes or pushing further. It is about practising in a way that feels steady, safe and responsive to your energy.

Particularly supportive for those navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, hormonal shifts, life transitions or anyone wishing to cultivate a more cyclical relationship with their body.

Suitable for all levels. No prior experience needed.
