Description

This therapeutic closed group offers a supportive, consistent space for women who are seeking support with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or trauma recovery. Working with the nervous system is the foundation of this group.

This is not a drop-in class, but a closed group, meaning you’ll practice with the same women each week. This continuity allows trust to build and supports deeper therapeutic work over time.

The group is led by Katie, a somatic coach, embodiment facilitator, mental health nurse, and yoga teacher, who brings together clinical understanding and compassionate, body-based approaches to mental health and wellbeing.

Closed groups work in five week cycles, example cycle below.

Week 1. Introduction to group, theme & a short practice.
Weeks 2-4. Practices to embed the theme
Week 5. Week Off (integration week)

This group is suitable for women who are looking for therapeutic support in a gentle, contained, and relational setting. You do not need to be in a crisis or have any formal diagnosis to attend, and no previous experience of yoga or somatic work is required.
