Elisha is a Yoga Therapist and the founder of Grow Yoga. She specialises in supporting women with stress, anxiety and overwhelm through therapeutic group spaces and one-to-one work.
Her approach weaves together Yoga Therapy, rest, cyclical wisdom and nature-based practices, creating spaces that centre rest, nervous system support and community.
Elisha’s work is deeply influenced by her training, her own lived experience, and her passion for creating familiar, relational spaces where women feel safe enough to soften and explore their inner worlds.
Description
Welcome to our monthly Full Moon Closed Group — a women’s circle devoted to honouring the cycles of nature, connecting with the body, and gathering in familiar community.
Each month we meet in rhythm with the Moon, using simple, therapeutic practices to explore the emotional, energetic and cyclical landscape that lunar phases can illuminate.
For this particular gathering, the Full Moon falls within a powerful Leo Lunar Eclipse.
Within eclipse season, the emphasis shifts away from intention setting or manifesting, and instead invites us into Sadhana — spiritual practice, inner listening, and devotional space.
Because of this, our evening will centre around a longer, more immersive practice including gentle yoga, meditation, sound and Yoga Nidra, alongside time to land and connect as a group.
There will be no journalling, oracle cards or intention setting within this session — allowing space for deeper inwardness and integration.
I receive astrological guidance from Pippa Kate Astrology when planning these circles, working with both Vedic and Sidereal systems to shape the energetic focus of our time together.
This is always a longer session, running between 90 minutes and two hours, giving us the spaciousness to soften, catch up, and practice in a way that feels unrushed and held.
As with all of our closed groups, this space is rooted in consistency and familiar community. We suggest joining with the intention to commit for a minimum of six months, allowing trust to build within the group and the practices to land more deeply over time.
