Description
Welcome to our monthly Full Moon Closed Group — a women’s circle devoted to honouring the cycles of nature, connecting with the body, and gathering in familiar community.
Each month we meet in rhythm with the Moon, using simple, therapeutic practices to explore the emotional, energetic and cyclical landscape that lunar phases can illuminate.
Our practices may include gentle movement, sound, Yoga Nidra, meditation, journalling and oracle cards — always shaped by the specific energy of that month’s Moon.
I receive astrological guidance from Pippa Kate Astrology when planning these circles, working with both Vedic and Sidereal systems to inform the themes we explore together.
This is a longer, more spacious session — usually between 90 minutes and two hours — giving us time to arrive, connect, practice deeply and enjoy the sense of community that builds within this closed group over time.
As with all of our closed groups, this space is rooted in consistency and familiar community. We suggest joining with the intention to commit for a minimum of six months, allowing the group container to form and the work to unfold more meaningfully across time.
