Description
This is a weekly closed group rooted in cyclical living, where we work in rhythm with the seasons and the natural shifts in the body. We use a blend of Yoga Therapy, sound healing, ritual, Qigong & acupressure to support the body seasonally.
Rather than approaching practice in a linear way, this space invites a cyclical framework — noticing how your energy, capacity and needs evolve over time. Practices are aligned with seasonal and astrological shifts.
We work in phases, each one shaped by the season we’re in.
Each phase includes four weeks of practice together, followed by an integration week - a pause to rest, absorb and allow the work to settle before moving into the next cycle.
Session 1 of each phase is a longer 90-minute class, offering space to introduce the seasonal theme and gently arrive into the work through ritual, movement & sound healing. The following sessions return to a regular weekly rhythm.
This is a closed group with a minimum commitment of six months, allowing time for the work to deepen, and for a sense of familiarity and trust to build within the group.
Practices are slow, accessible and grounded, supporting both body and nervous system. Over time, this becomes less about “doing yoga” and more about learning how to be in relationship with yourself through the seasons.
This space is for you if you’re looking for a steadier, more connected way of practising — within a small, consistent group.
Beginners welcomed!
