Description

A quiet, restorative session centred around rest.

We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle movement to arrive in the body, before settling into supported, restorative shapes. From here, you’ll be guided into stillness with the support of sound.

This is a space to slow right down - to step out of the usual pace of life and allow the body and nervous system to soften.

Practices are simple, grounded and non-performative. There’s nothing to achieve, just an invitation to rest and be with what’s here.

You can expect:

• A short, gentle arrival into the body
• Restorative, supported positions
• Sound to support deeper relaxation
• Space for stillness and quiet

Particularly supportive for those feeling tired, overwhelmed, or in need of a softer place to land.

Suitable for all levels. No experience needed.
