Description

The Goddess Embodied is a six-month, embodied study group exploring six goddesses from different cultures and traditions.

Together, we’ll gather once a month to step into the stories, symbolism and qualities each goddess embodies, not simply to learn about them, but to ask what they awaken within us.

Each session will weave together storytelling, discussion and embodied practice. Through movement, meditation, mantra, guided visualisation, sound and art, we’ll gently explore the energy each goddess represents and how she might offer wisdom for our own lives.

This is not about becoming an expert in mythology, nor is it about asking you to believe in any one tradition. It is an invitation to become curious. To notice what resonates, what challenges you and what asks to be lived in you.

Between our monthly gatherings, you’ll be invited to continue walking alongside each goddess. Through simple practices, journalling prompts and moments of reflection, you’ll have space to notice how her qualities begin to weave themselves into your everyday life.

Exploring energies such as ferocity, creativity, destruction and radical compassion - this is set to be a diverse and dynamic six months of practice.

Together we’ll explore them all with open minds, grounded practice and playful curiosity. I will be learning alongside you.

The Goddess Embodied is ultimately an invitation to remember that these stories are not only ancient - they are living. They continue to speak through our bodies, our relationships, our creativity and the way we move through the world.

Please note this is a six month, closed group container. We understand you may not make every session, but monthly payment will still be taken as we cannot fill your space.
