Description
A six month, monthly closed group with Mary to support your holistic health through practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine including Qigong, acupressure and the TCM inspired practice of Yin Yoga.
Ancient health systems are nature based and help us to perceive ourselves and the world around us through the lens of elemental balance. In TCM, each season and transition has unique elemental energy and the body and energy system can be brought into balance through specific practices.
This monthly closed group will support you to lean into Seasonal Wisdom & you will explore a new element each month through physical practices, energy work and meditation.
In true Grow Yoga style, this group will be rooted in energies of rest, rhythm and community.
Logistics
This class will run on the 1st Thursday of each month 18.00-19.30.
If you cannot attend a session, we will still collect your direct debit as we cannot fill any absences in closed groups.
