Welcome to the monthly full moon closed group, where our practice is devoted to honouring the cycles of nature, connecting with our bodies & being in community with other women.

This will always be a longer session, 90 minutes to two hours. This gives us plenty of time to catch up with the group and enjoy a spacious practice.


The Yoga practices are designed to be supportive and nourishing for women, to help the reconnection with the body & the natural cycles of the Earth.

We will use a mixture of movement, energy work, meditation, journaling & reflection.

Combining women’s circle with yoga that honours the natural rhythms and cycles in your inner and outer world. This group is a co-creation between Elisha and Mary.

Logistics

Week one: Women’s circle ritual. This session sets the monthly theme, it could include movement, meditation, opportunities for reflection / sharing. (Led by Elisha). The theme for February is embodiment.

Weeks two, three & four: Seasonal / cyclical Yoga practices based around the theme (Led by Mary).

Week five: break.

This format repeats through the year.

FEE

£64 per phase. Please note, we cannot refund if you cannot attend a class. In a closed group you are paying for your place in the group, as well cannot offer spare places out to drop in students.

A simple, restful class for those who need a bit of space in their week. The intention with this weekly class is to provide a space where you can liberate yourself from the demands of our fast paced & overwhelming culture.

A blend of two favourites. Yin Yoga is a slow paced, meditative style of Yoga which is based on traditional Chinese medicine principles. Stretches are held for a while to release physical tension & stimulate the energy system.

Restorative Yoga is stilling and gentle, the class is particularly useful for busy people who are wanting to slow down and bring some ease into their day.

This class is completely suitable for beginners.

Practicing rest regularly is useful for immunity, digestion, menstruation, menopause & the reproductive system.

Rest also benefits social bonding, resilience and energy levels.

Join Katie for a women’s circle ⭕️ centred around feminine essence, energy & community. This session will include a rose tea ceremony, movement, sharing, rest & journaling.

A 3 hour circle for women to gather together and explore feminine essence with the help of the rose plant. This womens circle ritual includes:
