Mind-body practices are increasingly recognised for their ability to support mental health. In this six week course for women and those with a womb, you will be guided by Katie Sayles to learn practical techniques and mind-body explorations to support you to return to your body’s wisdom.

You can not think your way out of trauma or mental health difficulties, the way out is through the felt sense in the body. Talking and feeling seen and heard are so important to recovery, but we cannot bypass the body if we are seeking lasting change and transformation.

Our bodies are always offering us information, we just don't always know how to tune in and listen. This course will support you to remember the language of your body and recognise and come into relationship with your protective parts that are trying their best to keep you safe from harm.

This is a six week exploration of Therapeutic Yoga, Somatic & Embodiment practices and Polyvagal Theory to support you in your journey of self-discovery, embodied healing and meaningful change.

Whether you have experienced mental health difficulties or not, you are welcome.

Each session is 90 minutes long and will consist of psychoeducation, movement, breathing practices, somatic & embodiment practices and rest.

All participants are given lifetime access to an online library of practices explored within the sessions to support your integration.

When embarking on this course, you are likely to meet like-minded souls who may have had similar experiences to you. It may therefore be a beautiful way to open yourself up to being witnessed by others, and supported in a held space where any and all of your expression is welcome.
