A therapeutic yoga practice guided by the rhythms of this land.

These sessions respond to the seasonal changes here in England — the shifting light, the movement from Summer to Autumn, and the subtle transitions we feel within our own bodies.

Rooted in yoga therapy, grounding yoga and meditation, each class weaves together grounding movement with meditation and breathwork. Practices are shaped by the season and designed to support regulation rather than intensity.

You can expect:

This is not about aesthetic shapes or pushing further. It is about practising in a way that feels steady, safe and responsive to your energy.

Particularly supportive for those navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, hormonal shifts, life transitions or anyone wishing to cultivate a more cyclical relationship with their body.

Suitable for all levels. No prior experience needed.

A deeply personal 1-1 session, created around what you need on the day.

Womb Yoga is a gentle practice of womb connection and relationship, using breath, movement, hand gestures and focused awareness to explore the connection between the womb, heart and body.

Sessions can be grounding, restorative and deeply reflective, with space to slow down and listen inwardly.

Sound Healing uses soothing sound, vibration and guided relaxation to create space to soften, settle and reconnect with the body.

Your session can focus on either Womb Yoga or Sound Healing, or we can weave elements of both together.

These sessions are suitable for all levels and no previous experience is needed.

Restorative yoga & nervous system support for women. A six month membership, meeting on the 2nd Monday of each month.

A monthly closed group for women seeking rest, nervous system support, and gentle therapeutic practice.

This space weaves together elements of Yoga Therapy for anxiety and overwhelm, alongside restorative yoga and deep rest.

Each 90-minute session begins with simple, accessible practices designed to support nervous system regulation — this might include breathwork, movement, grounding techniques or journaling.

From there, we move into a longer restorative practice, allowing the body to soften, settle and integrate.

This is a space to land when life feels loud, heavy or overstimulating. You do not need to be ‘good at resting’ to join. We are all learning together.

The group is held as a closed, familiar container, meaning the same women gather each month. Over time, this consistency helps the nervous system feel safer, allowing the work to deepen gently.

You’re welcome whether you live with anxiety, stress, fatigue or emotional overwhelm — or whether you simply feel the need for a regular space to put things down and rest within community.

Familiarity & comfort are generally supportive of rest, which is why this group is offered as a six month membership rather than drop in.

No experience is needed. All practices are simple, therapeutic and accessible.

Elisha is a Yoga Therapist working primarily with women with anxiety, stress and overwhelm. This monthly group combines her Yoga Therapy work with her love for rest.

Your weekly hour of space and relaxation, supported through the mediums of Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing. This class is suitable for all levels, and is particularly suited to anyone looking for a deeper relaxation experience.

Elisha is a Yoga Therapist, and her work centres rest & connection with the body as a gateway to deeper health. Rest is often a missing ingredient in most modern people’s health routines, and Elisha absolutely loves to create beautiful spaces for people to relax.

This sessions always begin with a Yogic practice. This could include a restorative Yoga pose, gentle breath connection or Yoga Nidra.

The remainder of the session will have you relaxing in the gentle vibrations of Himilayan sound bowls.

This is a wild, untamed 6-month container for women who are ready to stop living neck-up and start living head-down, back in their bodies, back in relationship with themselves.

We’ll meet for 90 minutes on the third Friday of each month, from April through September. Dates listed at the end.

One of the reasons we at Grow Yoga are so deeply committed to offering this as a closed group is because something powerful happens when the same women gather again and again. Trust builds. Community deepens. The body softens more quickly when it knows who it’s with. We each become part of the medicine.

This space is for you if you’re longing to support yourself holistically, in a group setting, and I want to name this clearly: it’s completely okay to feel nervous, unsure, excited, resistant, or all of the above. You don’t need to feel “ready” to join. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Embodiment for women is often treated as a “nice idea”, something we’ll get to when life slows down. Over these six months, we make space for it to become lived, practiced, and integrated.

Together, we’ll explore themes such as:
The body as a friend
The body as a home
The body as a source of truth and guidance
The body as place of pleasure
The body as a system of capacity
The body in wild expression

This is not about performing, pushing, or doing embodiment “correctly.” It’s about remembering how to be with yourself; in sensation, emotion, and presence and letting that change how you live.

Embodiment will be explored through movement, breathwork and well held themes over the six month period.

Remember, this is not a class. It is an intentional container, there will be optional practices and reflections to engage in between sessions.

We understand that life happens, and you may be unable to make every single session. We will ensure that all session themes & content are sent out every month for those who cannot attend in person.
