This is a wild, untamed 6-month container for women who are ready to stop living neck-up and start living head-down, back in their bodies, back in relationship with themselves.

We’ll meet for 90 minutes on the third Friday of each month, from April through September. Dates listed at the end.

One of the reasons we at Grow Yoga are so deeply committed to offering this as a closed group is because something powerful happens when the same women gather again and again. Trust builds. Community deepens. The body softens more quickly when it knows who it’s with. We each become part of the medicine.

This space is for you if you’re longing to support yourself holistically, in a group setting, and I want to name this clearly: it’s completely okay to feel nervous, unsure, excited, resistant, or all of the above. You don’t need to feel “ready” to join. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Embodiment for women is often treated as a “nice idea”, something we’ll get to when life slows down. Over these six months, we make space for it to become lived, practiced, and integrated.

Together, we’ll explore themes such as:
The body as a friend
The body as a home
The body as a source of truth and guidance
The body as place of pleasure
The body as a system of capacity
The body in wild expression

This is not about performing, pushing, or doing embodiment “correctly.” It’s about remembering how to be with yourself; in sensation, emotion, and presence and letting that change how you live.

Embodiment will be explored through movement, breathwork and well held themes over the six month period.

Remember, this is not a class. It is an intentional container, there will be optional practices and reflections to engage in between sessions.

We understand that life happens, and you may be unable to make every single session. We will ensure that all session themes & content are sent out every month for those who cannot attend in person.
