Meeting once each month, this circle creates space to pause, reflect and explore the qualities of the current Moon and the astrological themes unfolding at that time.

Rather than seeking certainty or prediction, we use these seasonal and celestial rhythms as a framework for self-enquiry, rest and intention.

Each session is thoughtfully shaped around the energy of the month and may weave together gentle movement, meditation, rest, sound, art, journalling, creative reflection and oracle cards.

These practices are designed to help you slow down, listen inwardly and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself and the natural world.

When planning these gatherings, I receive astrological guidance from my own research and intuitive knowing. These insights are offered as invitations for reflection, allowing each woman to discover what resonates with her own experience.

This is a longer, more spacious session at 90 minutes, allowing plenty of time to arrive, settle, practise and connect.
